Where we are required to provide contact details to local housing near our properties we provide this notice via posting through appropriate letterboxes.

Privacy and Data Collection

This policy details how we collect and use data in the operation of our properties, in summary

• All Data is stored in a commercial cloud facitity provided by Google.

• Tenant referencing - data is used by us and any appropriate third party to assess suitabiltiy for renting. Where a tenant fails referencing the data is disposed of within 12 months.

• Tenants - All data associated with the tenancy and its operation are stored in cloud based filing system linked to the property. When tenancy ends the data is stored for a further 10 years to ensure any issurance, legal or other commercial obligations can be discharged. The data is then distroyed.

• Guarantors - Any data associated with a tenants guarantor is stored along with the property tenancy and follows the same process as for the tenant they are the guarantee.

Selective Licenses

Where a property we own is under a selective license the particular tenants will be notified of the license and its impact on their obligations.
