Here at Three Six Zero Solutions Ltd, we believe in more than just bricks and mortar. We're passionate about fostering vibrant communities and enriching the lives of the people who live in the properties we manage. That's why we're thrilled to announce our sponsorship of a talented local artist in residence, who will be creating a breathtaking mural on the gable wall of one of our blocks of flats right here in Levenshulme!
This isn't just about adding a splash of colour; it's about injecting art, conversation, and a sense of pride into the heart of our community. We envision these murals as a piece of public art that residents and passersby can enjoy, which brightens up the day.
Each year the Artist in Residence will be given a budget, and a theme to produce at least one piece of work around. The artist may also choose to produce multiple works.
Inaurgural Artist In Residence - Oskar with a K
The first Artist in Residence is Oskar with a K. HA local levenshulme artist with a magic touch with colourful words. Oskar has produced a range of exciting murals around Manchester, including his FLOOP series and works on the Withington Walls Project. Along with working with many community and youth group projects to inspire the next generation. He has been given a 2 year residency.
His initial residency project was unveiled in May 2024, centered around the theme of Love. It sparked significant local discourse and received favorable reviews.
The second mural by Oskar with a K will go up in May 2025. This years theme is "Inspiration".

Future Artists
The selection of the next artist for the two-year residency will involve collaboration with the current artist. The primary criteria require the artist to be based in Manchester, at an early stage in their career, and dedicated to enhancing the local community through impactful art.
The announcement regarding the "Artist in Residence" for the period of 2026 to 2028 will be made later in 2025.
